LENScience classroom fully booked for 2015
The number of places requested for the 2015 LENScience Face-to-Face programmes was double the number of bookings we are able to schedule. While we would like to be able to provide access to more classes, currently we only have funding to operate a single classroom.
LENScience received booking requests from schools across the Auckland region, but also from schools as far away as Kaikohe and New Plymouth.
We are pleased to note an increased interest from intermediate and full primary schools for the Year 7–8 programmes. However, the Year 13 programme continues to be the most popular programme, with increasing numbers of schools registering interest in the Year 11 Diabetes programme.
While we were unable to timetable every request, we have been able to provide every school with at least one booking during 2015.
