Ko Au e Toku Aorangi: Kai No te Oraanga Meitaki | Me, Myself, My Environment: Nutrition | Student Book, Cook Islands Edition; was designed to facilitate the exploration of the role of nutrition and the nutritional environent in lifelong health and wellbeing as a nexample of a complex socio-scientific issue that imacts communities in the Cook Islands and across the Pacific.
The resources are aligned to Level 4/5 of the New Zealand and Cook Islands Curricula and support learning and teaching that can be used to develop capabilities associated with scientific and health literacies, research skills and underrstanding of teh relationship betweenm humans and thier nutritional environment.
